Mickey pin

Does any one know where I can get a silhouette mickey head brooch for my Bridesmaids to wear with their dresses. I was hoping to pin it to their sash on their dresses.

Also, does anyone know if the wedding planners help tie bows at the wedding or if anyone at Disney can do that? We've tried numerous times to tie the bow on the dresses and they look horrible!
