Mickey Mouse Watch

I have a Mickey Mouse watch that's about 50 years old. My mom gave it to me when I was little.

I know that the sentimental value will far exceed the monetary value. But how do I find out the monetary value? When I'm holding the watch, what am I looking for to identify the specificity of the watch I have?
