My DS4 will be celebrating his 5th b-day at Disney in Aug. He wants to dine with Mickey Mouse on that day and I see that there are a couple of options. I have never been to any of these so I need your advice. Which one is the better choice for his birthday.

1)Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary
2)Garden Grill at Epcot
3)Tusker House at Animal Kingdom
4)Ohana Character Breakfast at the Polynesian

What park do you plan on being in?

Moving over to restaurant board for more views

Hahaha fabulous i've booked to go to Chef Mickey's and have never been before so this has helped me too ... Thanks :thumbsup2

We had Mickey at our breakfast at O'hana. It was super fun! I don't know if he is there all the time but my kids were able to spend a lot of time with him. We ate breakfast there on a week day at 10 am ADR. Also there was Pluto, Lilo and (my favorite), Stitch! Breakfast was good too. Don't miss the guava juice and the pineapple breakfast cake yum!

Another vote for Chef Mickey's. Make sure you tell the CM that it is his birthday when you make your ADR and also again when you check in. They do a little birthday celebration during the meal too. It is a fun place.

Without a doubt - Chef Mickeys!!!!!

Happy early birthday to your son!! :goodvibes

Garden Grill ALL THE WAY!! best character interaction i've ever enjoyed :)

at CM or the other buffet character meals it's always hectic and chaotic and he likely won't be the only bday celebrant... at GG it's very personal and a lot more one on one...

Another vote for Chef Mickey's! All the characters - Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald - are there; plus, the atmosphere is really neat for a child - the monorail runs right above the restaurant, and they do fun things like napkin-twirling.

My second vote would be for Garden Grill - it's smaller, & there are more opportunities for longer character interactions.

I would say to go with Chef Mickey's. I had breakfast there once, and it was a lot of fun.
