Mickey Monitor?

I bought my AP vouchers back in September for my July trip. However, I have never received a Mickey Monitor. I called the AP line about it last fall, but they said I would not get one until I activated my pass. Has anyone else ran into this problem, or am I the only one not getting the monitor?

It was the same with me!! Only got the monitor after my trip to wdw!!!! However the Micky Monitor Can be found online about 4 times a year[i think?]Heres a link to Theme Parks.com and the May Mickey Monitor

Your name and address are only registered in the ticket system after you activate the pass. Vouchers are not registered, so they can't mail you the mickey monitor.

Activated my AP's in Nov have yet to receive a MM the 3 AP's have 2 different address on them since one is my mother's.
