Mickey/Minnie Head design

Hi there! I am new to disboards and think it is incredible! I loved a shirt a friend of mine had (and her family) and it had mickey and minnie heads with each person's name and WDW 2008. The woman who did hers was named Michelle. I would love to locate her or someone who thinks they may be able to make a design for me. Thanks so much!
