What happens if our Mickey Mail don't arrive before we leave for WDW?
Will we be able to check in at our WDW resort and get our park tickets when we check in?

Ours didn't arrive till 3 weeks before our holiday the day after I email asking or it actually. X

I would call them.

Mine included a voucher for resort and tickets and dining but i am sure they could easily send you a copy, nothing really much about that part.

However if you got the $100 gift card with booking, it was included in my mail.

I called today and got the help I needed (I hope). I was asked to send an e-mail and they would fix it for me

in the unlikely event where your mail does not reach you before departure. Don't panic ! The CM at your hotel front desk will only need your name.

I've been several times and the only time a CM looked at my vouchers was when their computer system was down.

The only issue would be with your gift card if you got any with your booking. But CMs in Orlando will try their best to make it right

The only minor issue would be not receiving the little big book of vouchers (even though we only used one once at Ghirardelli's )

But you will receive your enveloppe, just mail them

we leave the uk two weeks before we checkin at disney as we are doing a cruise first, will they send the documents early if i ask, we leave on the 27th oct and dont checkin till 9th nov so really need it before we go as we have the 100 dollars free with our booking, thanks susie

I was away from home starting late january 2012 for a booking in WDW mid february.
I sent an email to WDTC between christmas and the new year, and they expedited my documents. I received them within 5 days, I had written, in my mail, how much I was concerned about not receiving those documents in time and they went the extra length as to call me on the phone, just after christmas, to tell me that my documents had been put in the mail

I was more than impressed.

Definitely send a mail and kindly ask for your documents early. Back up your request with all relevant information

Do people in the UK definitely get their stuff in the post? I emailed asking if ours had been sent yet as we leave in 3 weeks and they emailed back saying "For our international guests, travel documents will be waiting for you at your resort front desk when you check in! "

If you have booked through WDTC UK then you will get documents through the post. If you booked through the US then no you won't and they will be at the front desk waiting

Never got mine before we left and they never forwarded them to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Booking in is no issue, it's the gift card and vouchers that are the issue as they have no stock of the UK ones and without your full print out of what you booked they didn't even have any clue of what you should have got.

But good news is if you stand your ground they will credit your room key with the $100 and if you need voucher for VIP fireworks at Epcot they will book you in via their internal system and you just see guest services when you get to Epcot.

As for the discount vouchers, if you don't have them, pay for the restaurants etc on your room key and have them credit you back the amount you should have got on your discount. I wish I got my mail, would have made life easier as it took days to sort it all out and don't let them pan you off with The Walt Disney Company in the UK is not the same as the USA company so you need to deal with it yourself rubbish they tried on me, both the UK and USA depts work out the same building in Orlando.
