Mickey heads with crown "Queen Mom" "King Dad"??

A few years back a great DIS member helped me out and did these awesome designs for our trip. I have looked and looked and can't find the design anywhere !!

They were pink mickey heads with a crown on them and then they said like Princess Journie, Queen Mommy, then my husband had a blue head with crown that said King Daddy........ It has been at least four years and a new computer later so I have no idea where to find them. Have any of you seen anything like this? My girls really would like me to make these for them again and our trip is coming up fast!!

just found this awesome one of designer princess in your photobucket ! My Oldest LOVES it !!! Is there anyway to put a boarder around it so I can put it on a colored shirt ? I think that is how you get it on a color shirt right??? I am not sure - maybe I am wrong as I have never done one on a colored shirt before.
Anyway I would love one for each of my girls with their names on it

Mandy - just wondering if you'll have time to get the Mickey head done with my other daughter's name on it Harmonie . I understand if you are super busy but I don't want to print the other ones without one for my youngest just incase .
