Mickey head request.

Hello friends! What I'm looking for is kind of specific but I saw it on someone's post from like 2008. Here's my idea: a big black Mickey head, 2013 written inside the main head part in white. A picture of Mickey leaning against the Mickey head and Walt Disney world written underneath in white Disney font. The shirts are Royal blue. Does this sound doable? Any takers?
