Mickey Head Design Help....Please

We are leaving in a week. I could really use some design help. I am looking for the following Mickey Heads, it would be great if they had the names but I can add them if someone can make the heads for me.

Pluto Mickey Head - with name "Joel"
Crush Mickey Head - with name "Jack"
Starwars Mickey - with name "Alex"
