mickey head border

I'd like to make dining cards for our Feb. trip with a mickey border around it. I'd like the card to be about the size of an index card. I can add the TS,Cs etc to it if someone could get me the border. I have no artistic talent but I can type. Thanks alot. I love lurking----no looking at all of the amazing designs.
