Mickey Grad Ears Q?

We were thinking to buy Mickey Graduation Cap Ears while in WDW in August.

Are these hats available all year round?

Where would we likely find them?

I seriously doubt they'd be available in August since May/June is graduation season. They're available on line right now, so I would buy them from there.

We ordered Mickey graduation ears online a couple of years ago for oldest daughter (expensive to have shipped here to Canada; we are also in Ontario). This year going for youngest daughter's graduation celebration (in August). We just placed an order for Disney Floral and Gifts for the graduation package (graduation ears hat, plush Mickey grad, chocolate bars shaped like a cake). Looking forward to seeing youngest DD receive this gift in our resort room
