Mickey Gingerbread Man Recipe?

Does anyone have the recipe for the soft Mickey Mouse gingerbread men DL sells around the holidays? I'm thinking of the one where the ears are dipped in chocolate.

We can't make it there this year but would love to create some of the magic at home!

Thank you! Since it says they use it for decorations/houses I'm guessing it is a harder gingerbread cookie than the soft mickey men, but I will try it out and let you know
