I am wondering how much do they cost and can you get the name embroderied on in mk?? I know someone who would like me to pick them up for them when I go.

In October 2003 they were $7. Embroidery was free, but you could only get it done in Le Chapeau (I think that's what it's called) on Mainstreet.

We just got a pair made and it was around $7 (I think) and the name was free. I forget where we were in the MK though - it wasn't mainstreet. I'm thinking we got them after Mickey's Philharmagic (but not in that shop - but maybe one close by?) I'm sure someone here knows which shop does it....

We were there in Dec. I think they were $7 and Imbroidery was free,we got it done in Mickey's Toontown Fair in one of the shops.There was no one in there when we went,hope this helps

I am thinking that Magic Kingdom does a "stitching" look embroidery (thin, cursive reminds me of a name written in rope) and that MGM is where you can pick different fonts and colors for embroidery. Stitching done at MK is free and done at MGM costs a little bit. At MGM I had two hats done one name had 4 letters and the other name has 9 letters and it cost about $12. Also, the embroidering done at MGM can be done on a Sorcerers hat and stitching at MK can not.

I picked up mickey ears in October $7 & free inprint . It was in a store directly across from the entrance to Cinderella Castle where you check in for reservations. Hope this helps.

I think the shop you remember was called "The 7 Dwarfs Mining Co." and it has now been turned into a counter service fruit and drink stand
