Mickey Ears Size

I had to restore my computer and lost my information about the disigns for our cabin door. Someone has posted what size to make the ears last spring, and I can't remember what it was. Any help would be appreciated.

I have some ears in my 4shared file in the link in my signature for the porthole number on cabin doors. Look in the porthole art file. I haven't been on a cruise but from what others who cruise say on the Boards...the porthole is 7.5 inches round. If you make my things. Print out the round porthole and measure it to ensure that it is 7.5 inches. Then when you print out the ears and hats you can line them up with the 7.5 inch circle.

I always tell people to take scissors just in case the porthole isn't 7.5 inches and you have to modify the ears/hats. I always ask people to let me know how their hats worked out but I haven't heard back after anyones cruise. There is also a person (I think his name is Idrivealumina) that is on the cruise thread and makes them as well. My hats and ears layer on top of each other. His ears are included with his hats so a lot of his designs print on two pages and are split down the middle.
