Mickey Ears Embroidery: Fastest Wait Time?

How long is the wait to get embroidered names on your Mickey Ears?

Is it several hours? Days? Or just a few minutes?

Where is the fastest store in the parks to get this done?

We got ours done at the store in Disney Springs the week before Christmas 2 years ago. We probably waited.....30min to get our 3 done? The store was pretty busy, and there was a steady stream of people getting hats embroidered.

We went to the Chapeau in MK first thing in the morning. They embroidered the hats immediately. It took about 20 minutes. My guess is the later in the day you go, the longer the wait.

Our experience at Le Chapeau this past Nov. was 5 minutes so we waited. They had one hat to complete before ours. It was simply timing and luck.
