I bet Margie J knows about it. She is the resident DIS recipe guru.

I have three of the Disney cookbooks at home.
The first is
Cooking with Mickey Vol II. It features some older recipes from both WDW and DL. It has a lot of your classics such as Lemon Sherbet Punch, Pina Colada Dip, Clam Chowder, Pancakes, Tony's House Dressing, Puffed French Toast, Fish and Chips, Poly Luau Chicken, Walt's Chili, Vegetable Lasagne and Key Lime Pie. It's an older edition and hard to find sometimes.
The second book I have is
Cooking with Mickey and the Chefs of WDW Resort. It's a newer version and quite a handy book. Physically it's smaller and sets up like an eisel on your countertop. The book features more contemporary classics such as Hitipi, White Onion Soup, Pine Nut Bread, Cobb Salad, Cedar Plank Salmon, Mom's Meatloaf, Country Penne, Worms and Dirt, Flame Tree BBQ Sauce and Rice Cream. I've used this book more often.
The third and newest book I have is
Disney Recipes, From Animation to Inspiration. It's concept is unique. the Authors took Disney classic animations films and their characters to inspire recipes, hence the name of the book. So, these are unique recipes for foods you won't find at any Park or Resort. It has everything from Princess Aurora's Berried Honey Butter, Lady and the Tramp's Spaghetti Bella Notte, Louis's Seafood Chowder to The 101 Puppies' Kanine Krunchy Dog Biscuits. The recipes and illustrations make this a lovely book in many ways. I had the pleasure to meet the Author, Ira Meyer, at last year's F&W Festival.
I have heard that a new cookbook is due out soon. It will feature more recipes from WDW, DL and the
DCL as well.
