The Port Orleans French Quarter ones are the only ones I'd consider New-Orleans-style (lived in New Orleans for 4 years for college). Stick to those if you want that type - and fresh. The MK park ones at Golden Outpost didn't taste nearly as fresh, or as light, or as warm...they were a once-and-done for me. The ones in Epcot's France Pavilion are nicely made and taste fresh, but they're French-style beignets, which are essentially donuts. If you like donuts, they're good ones, but they're not really a New Orleans style beignet. There was one more place that has had them - but I don't think they're currently on the menu - they seem to be occasional or seasonal - House of Blues, both in the restaurant and at their Smokehouse window. These are made more in the New Orleans style, deep fried, smaller, hot and fresh - but the dough had a slightly different taste - sort of a cross between croissant and beignet...it was fresh, hot, and tasted good though - so I'd probably put them second to French Quarter's version.
