Do you think my kids (ages 7,4,20months whe we go) would enjoy the dinner show and the food would be ok for them. They aren't really picky eaters, but they aren't going to want to eat ribs.

We went to the BBQ in 2001 when our DS's were 6 and 3. The food was okay. The kids ate a bit but not a whole lot. My DH was disappointed that there was no coke (he is not a beer drinker).
Mickey,Minnie,and Goofy were dressed as cowboys (cowgirl), Chip and Dale were dressed as Indians. You stood in a line to get their autographs. There was a band that played country music and taught line dancing and then later a man came out to show rodeo tricks with a rope. The kids did not want to dance and were ready to go basically after they got their autographs. All we heard was, "is it time to go so we can go swimming?".

Overall it was okay but we said we would not want to do it again. But that is just my opinion.

We went this past October with dd4 and dd6. It was fun to do once but I'm not sure I'd do it again. It was very chaotic with very little organization. Food was good and they kept it out the entire evening. No sodas available was definetly a drawback. Youngest had a blast and danced with goofy for a very long time (she also ate a ton of watermelon and corn). Oldest had fun but was ready to go by the end.

We went last year when DS was 2 1/2. We all loved it (Me, DH, DS, and MIL). DS had a great time dancing with the characters, and the food was good. They have hot dogs, so if your kids don't like ribs there is still something for them. There also is watermelon, another kid favorite. There is no soda, but there is lemonade and I believe iced tea in addition to the beer and wine.
