Mickey Bars, Small Kids & August heat...

Do these three things go together? I loved the Mickey Bars 15 yrs. ago and I'd like my kids to experience them too. We are going in the August heat, and I have a feeling that most of the Mickey Bar will end up on the ground or all over their clothes.

Exactly how big are the Mickey Bars? Can my DS10, DD7 and DS5 possibly eat these delicious ice cream treats BEFORE they melt everywhere?

P.S. How much do they cost? Thanks for the input.

$2.50 each and no they will melt but the kids will have a blast eating them.

Thats what is great about being a parent...If your kids dont finish them ..You have too...It's Disney LAW!!!!!

By the way, if the Mickey Bars were your kids, and you MUST by LAW finish them...It is ZERO calories!!!! Thats from the official WDW calorie counter pamplet!

...also one more thing....FORGET about the kids making a mess on their clothes....No one else but you could see it anyway! That darn Disney Magic!!!

Have the children wear swim suits and enjoy their Mickey Bars with a post-treat visit to Splash Mountin, Kali River Rapids, or the fountains at Future World.

Why can't they invent "mini mickey ears" for kids?

Smaller... less mess... less calories... less stress.... less cost ????

Sounds like a good idea to me and makes sense!

Do they sell mickey ears ice cream at an indoor, air conditioned location? maybe somewhere you can set down and eat over a plate? I'd like to be able to "control" where the mess goes! (allright, I'll admit it! I'm a control freak and I don't want my special WDW shirts to get all messy!!!)

I just know how messy my kids eat when it's something that's not melting!!!

Is there help for me???
