Mickey Bars during the Day

Can you get the Mickey Bars at one of the fast food places or the buffet during the day? I believe I read that they are available upon request in the restaurants.

Hi

We could only get them at night. Sometimes we would go in just before the last person left, (2nd. seating) and our server would give us one. We never tried durning the day. Sorry.
