Mickey Balloons

Does anyone know if we can purchase Mickey Balloons somewhere in the parks that are not inflated? We will be there in September and my sister wants some for our trip reveal at Christmas that we can have inflated here for a gift opening.

I have read on here that some people actually get their balloons deflated before they leave so they can pack them in their suitcases. So I don't see it being a problem, even if you have to buy an inflated one and just have the guy deflate it.
