Mickey at Coral Reef

Does anyone know how often Scuba Mickey shows up in the tank at Coral Reef? Is it completely random, or is there a set schedule? Is it only during dinner, or lunch as well?

My gosh!! I think I remember that! I had gone to disney with my dad when I was in high school ( a while ago ) and we had lunch there and there was Mickey in scuba gear/outfit in the tank (with another diver)...that is the place with the mickey statue butter right?

I have heard about this before, but I think its very rare and I don't think there is any schedule. I forgot where I heard it from.
