Mickey and Minnie Wedding ears

I don't know if anyone will know the answer to this, but I figured if anyone does it'll be someone here. I'm planning a DFTW and Disneymoon for July and I want to make sure I get the Mickey and Minnie wedding ears. (I've always wanted them and I can't wait to actual have them)I was just planning to buy them when we get to WDW, but I'm not sure if they are always available. Am I better off buying them online before we go or will they likely have them at the parks or in the resorts?

I'm planning to buy ours when we get there, because I don't want to get them crushed on the airplane. Even if one location is out of them temporarily, some one else is likely to have them.

But, if you want to be sure, buying them ahead will put your mind at ease.

They have been available on my last 2 trips - July 2011 and October 2012 so I think you will be ok! Brides have 2 choices of alice band ears or hats, so it depends if you want your names embroidered on the back or not

We also bought them online so that we could take some pictures at the wedding wearing them

My Fiancee's best friend got married last July, they had the ears on their flight and the steward told them to put them on before they boarded the plane. They did and got a small upgrade when they were noticed wearing them - moved from a regular seat to one of the emergency exit seats with more leg room. We plan on doing the same thing when we go for our disneymoon in Sept this year.

Can't guarente you will get anything but its worth a shot, in my opinion, to buy them before hand and then travel wearing them. I believe they flew through Jet Blue.

I like the idea of wearing them on the plane and to the wedding for pictures. My only hesitation is that we live in Canada and the shipping can get crazy. It looks like they usually have them in park so I'll probably just buy them when we get there. Plus we arrive early morning the day before the wedding so I still have time to get them for wedding pics.

Yes, they are available in all the parks as well as Downtown Disney - I was just there on feb 12 and they were everywhere

I purchased mine online a few weeks back and had them personalized for our vow renewal with "I Still Do" and "Me Too". They came packed very well and when I opened the package and unwrapped them they were just fine. I wouldn't worry about putting them inside luggage. They should hold up well.
