Michigan campers...which is best. Hoffmaster State Park or Muskegon State Park?

This board always has such great information. Both of these state parks are in Muskegon. Is one nicer than the other? Thanks for any help.

My brother has stayed at Muskegon State Park and said it was nice. But have no idea what the other one is like.

Michigan Adventure is nearby so you'll have to be sure to go there!!

Ditto. Muskegon is nice, haven't been to Hoffmaster.

I have a friend who goes to Hoffmaster every summer.....she likes it a lot.
