Michael's Sale and Nat'l Scrapbook day

Was looking over the Michael's ad- the only Sizzix thing on sale is the Lollipop letter set for $109.99. I cut out my 40% off coupon cause I'm going to get the cutter on Friday. ( I sure hope it's still in stock- part of me wants to go right now, charge it and pay it off on Friday). They also had 12x12 paper on sale for .39, mini alphabet letters for .99, and their cropper totes 20% off. I think they had albums 20% off as well.

I went to a NSD event last night (Creative Memories) and had a great time. For $25 we were server a fab dinner, and there were tons of goodies- 3 different NSD sticker and paper packs, we all got a die cut, we all got another sticker pack, plus we had ticket drawings- I won a tape runner and a deluxe sticker pack, my girlfriend won the pen organizer, and someone else won a 12x 12 album!!!! Lucky! If we completed 15+ pages, we got 20% off an album- I had bought an album at the beginning of the night ( the 7x7), and I completed 32 pages, so I got it for 20% off. Nice! It was a lot of fun. Oh, plus if we completed 10 pages, we got to choose a pre-made page that our consultant made- I chose a cute outdoorsy one that had fireflies, a lawn chair and a sun on the border. Did anyone else do anything for Nat'l Scrapbook Day?

But, I spent a boat load on QVC yesterday!!! Got the fibers...that was a good deal! some of the suede paper, slick writer pens and shaker boxes....

National Scrap Book Day this coming Saturday the 10th. I sure hope the goodies are as good as the one your consultant had. I know I am already receiving 3 free gifts or bring 3 friends plus if we place an order for $50.00 or more we get another free gift well I have placed a $100.00 order so I am excited to see what my free gifts will be.

Hopefully I'll win some of the raffle prizes also. Oh, don't I sound greedy!! I'm not really I'm just a scrapaholic. I probably have more stuff than I'll ever use.

My consultant is holding her NSD crop on the 17th. She always does a great job and has lots of fun ideas and goodies. I didn't do a thing scrapbooking related yesterday. In fact I complained to DH after we mowed the lawn and went to the golf course "Can you believe I'm at the golf course on NSD??" NSD is the 2nd anniversary of our website though, so I spent many hours last week working on new ideas and prizes and things for that. I'm actually glad our crop isn't until the 17th because this week is Teacher Appreciation Week at school and I'll have to make treats for that, as well as some Mother's Day projects I'm working on. By the time the 17th rolls around, I'll be ready to scrap!!
