I think all the mellow mushrooms are gone now. Cant remember for sure if the one on pleasant hill is there but I think it is closed too. I know all the others closed earlier this year. Traffic is the worst in downtown. I never go that away.

according to the website they are all still there. that would stink if they were all gone.

his flight was delayed to the point that he missed his connection in DC so he is stuck in DC til tomorrow morning. But he is on the first flight out so that is good.

I think there are still a few Mellow Mushrooms around. The one here in Conyers is still open, and there is also one right across the street from Kennesaw State University. I think the one on Pleasant Hill is closed though. My husband and I drove down there a few weeks back when we were car shopping and it seems like I noticed that there was some other kind of restaurant now (but I could be thinking of another restaurant).

I totally agree with you about the Atlanta traffic!!!! I went to see my daughter in Kennesaw a week ago and on the way up there, I noticed that the transmission on my car wasn't shifting right from first gear to second...no big deal at first. However on the way back, I was going down 75 and there was a Braves game...I crawled through Atlanta for almost 45 minutes with my transmission making this terrible noise. I was so scared that I would break down. Luckily I made it to I-20 without it dying on me.

Sorry I meant all the ones here in this side of Gwinnett Co. The one on pleasant hill is called Ida's or something like that. The one on Hwy 78 near Killian Hill is closed and going to be a barish type place. The one on Rockbridge at Hwy 29 is now Buck's pizza. Don't what happened to make them all go.

tell me about it!! DH and I drove back from PA to CT, not knowing the Red Sox's were playing the Yankees at Yankee stadium. Guess who was driving??? Yep, me! That was scary!

Oh how I miss the Braves, Terry Pendleton, Chipper Jones. those were the days.

There is still a Mellow Mushroom in Snellville (on 78 on the left as you are coming in from Loganville). Snellville also has a Hobby Lobby too... I'm in there at least once a week!
