Michael's "hotel" in Kissimmee??

By any chance does anyone recall a hotel/motel in Kissimmee with "Michael's" in the name? It would have been around early 1990's, I think, and may have changed names? If I recall correctly, I think the hotel/motel restaurant served only buffet meals.
