Well,mostly everyone knows about this guy and what he's done.
And today he was sentenced for it.
23 months!

Personally,I am because I think he deserves more.
I mean he helped kill 6 to 8 dogs and he barely gets 2 years behind bars?
Maybe I have some whacked form of judgement,but I think saying sorry and 23 months in jail doesn't cut it for me.
Unfortunately,legally they could give him 5 years max.


So what are yous guys opinions on this?
Do you think this punishment is too much,acceptable,or too little?

23 months?! I personally think that low life skum deserves the death penalty! Dogs are just like humans I think. And for anyone to do that I think they just need to die. I'd like to see him be put into a ring with a guy a lot stronger than him to kick his butt and if he lives kill him. If's it's ok for him to do that to dogs then it's ok for the police or whoever to do that to him! I have no sympathy whats so for that jerk!

I think that 2 years is adequet. I just like to think that he'll miss 2 years of football, become horribly out of shape, and be completely ruined and he'll never play professional sports again.

I know I will probally be the only one believing this but I do think he should recieve the death penalty. Or at least life in prison. What he did was wrong. And you all know it. Just because they're animals he shouldn't get a serious punishment? No. He needs to be straightened up and a few years in jail will not fix it. Heck he could more than likely do the same freaking thing when he gets out. Take care of him once and for all...........

As for playing in the NFL, he I think, should be banned and not allowed back.

I never said that dog fighting wasn't harsh. I stated that giving him the death penalty was harsh. And I'm completely aware of that, I say dude a lot.

But honestly, the death penalty..for that? People have done FAR worse things. I'm not saying what he did wasn't wrong, it was soooo wrong in many ways. But giving him the death penatly isn't right at all. There are murderers on the death row (yet he is a murderer to the dogs), but they should be killed for what they did..not him.

I think it's a decent amount of time. Like Axel said, let's hope he get's really screwed up in jail.
