For those of you who watch American Casino, it was finally determined that it was an accidental death. He had apparently had taken alcohol and the potent painkiller fentanyl, according to autopsy and toxicology results from the Clark County coroner's office.
No one is sure why he took fentanyl, or if he was even supposed to have it. It's sad...he was only 33.
