Michael Jackson Tribute Thread (MJ Lovers Only no Haters PLEASE)

I don't watch it a whole lot either and almost forgot until I visited this thread. Normally I only watch when there is someone on there I like. Turning on my TV now.

I'm watching Dancing with the Stars (well I have it on but not completely paying attention) and they said something about Michael Jackson and the movie for tomorrow night. Not sure what they are doing but apparently it has something to do with our MJ.

Did I miss it? I didn't see anything but I know I heard that last night.

We got Free Willy from Netflix tonight and watched it with the kids.
They were literally SHOCKED that "Will you be there" was at the end.
God love 'em...up until now they always thought Michael wrote that song for their Mommy

Love that song, and to see it with the ocean and waves and the golden sunsets... wow, it was just so cool. Thank you Michael!

I dont know. I googled it and found one guy mention it, but his link went nowhere. He said somethign about a tribute on the season finale... I have never once watched that show. Of course I would if it were an MJ tribute.

Jermaine and LaToya were in Scotland accepting an "Entertainer of The Year" award on MJ's behalf. I hope they give it to the kids.

I just wanted to share this with you guys...

My son got a game called "Make-Your-Own-Opoly" where all the spots are blank and it includes the computer software to design your own custom monopoly game. It says it meant for parties or corporate gifts or whatever. Well my sons decided to make...

Michael-opoly!

It's great. I guess Thriller is their favourite song because they made that one of the prime "blue" properties, the other one where Boardwalk would be is Neverland. Most of the spots are their favourite songs and some other things.

One thing I thought was funny - if you know Monopoly you know those two cheaper purple properties near GO...I forget what they are called now in the original game. Anyway, my sons said they could not bear to put any Michael songs on the those "lame" properties so they made them "Eat It" and "Fat" by Weird Al, which they love.

We're going to play it later. I just wanted you guys to know!

I watched part of that but I didn't care for it too much. The actor didn't look enough like Michael to me and there were things in there I didn't think were accurate. What did you think of it?
