Michael Jackson Memorial- memorial video on page 9

I went to the Public Memorial Service this morning, it lasted for almost three hours. I had been crying more than my mom while at the service. When they brought out the casket.. I was in shock. I didn't know what to feel, but with the casket in the STAPLES Center, it made me feel complete inside. Around when they were taking the casket out of the STAPLES Center, I felt empty inside. I'm so depressed, and saddened -- but, Michael Jackson isn't gone. He'll live on in all of our hearts Forever and Ever and Ever and Ever.

Aside from being depressed and saddened, the Memorial Service was a memorable experience that I'll forever remember, and remember that I got to share it with my mom. I loved the music, what people had to say about their memories while they got to spend time with Michael Jackson. And then there was Paris, Michael Jackson's daughter, who said something that still makes me want to cry at this very second. Wow, that memorial was so special to go to, it was so historic, I'll always remember it, and I'll always remember Michael Jackson. He'll be in my heart, Forever.
Wow, I can't believe you got to go!

I lost it when they had Man in the Mirror playing with an empty stage and a spotlight where Michael should have been.

I was just coming here to write that. That was the saddest part, aside from
Paris'. It just really sunk in that he will never be here again. :sad2:

I know. :sad1:
I just don't even know what to do or say. I just keep crying. I can't even... I just don't know.

I couldn't believe it either. I was so thrilled to have had my mom win the tickets. The Memorial was so amazing, so well put together. I loved it, but at the same time, very sad.

Where did you have to go to get your ticket?

My mom and I had to go and get our tickets+braclets from the Dodger Stadium yesterday morning. It was so quick and easy, we didn't have to get out of the car or anything. The people who were giving them out, just had to make sure you had a paper saying you can get the tickets+braclets and to be apart of this event.

You're lucky. Did you take any pictures outside? Or was that not allowed either?

God, I never really realized how powerful the opening and ending of Man in the Mirror is.

That song is so powerful, I keep telling people it's my favorite song by, Michael Jackson. I love, love, LOVE the meaning in it. :)

Ah I know right?!
It honestly took MJ's death for me to really listen to his songs&get the meanings. Like I alwasy loved his music but a lot of his songs have so much to them. & Man in the Mirror is my favorite.

Sadly, my mom said that it said on the ticket that I couldn't take my camera in.. but while at the STAPLES Center, there were tons of people with 'em. Oh well. I got a picture of me holding the ticket+braclet and the book, that I'll be uploading soon enough.

Awe that's sucky :/ Did you sign the big poster?
I'm seriously so jealous that's why I'm asking so many questions lol.

Not even the meaning behind it or the lyrics, but 3:54 onward gives me chills. It's amazing.
