Miami Marathon Sunday January 29, 2017

We are sailing on the Magic on Sunday out of Miami. We are arriving 2 days early and staying at the Doubletree Grand. I'm looking at the route posted on the marathon website but can't figure out the causeway that we take to the ship. We are taking hotel cruise package transportation.
Any advice for places to avoid on Saturday night and Sunday morning.
