MIA to Sobe taxi question

I was just reading a post about the boards being slow so here's my contribution a while back I posted inquiring if anyone has used the Airport Flyer bus from MIA to south beach. It seems sobe hotels as a rule do not have shuttles. The more I think about it, if its me and two kiddos, with luggage, unless the hotel is in the same block as the bus stop, saving $20 vs a taxi is not worth the hassle. But I am curious, can a cab handle three people three suitcases and three backpacks? Or do I need a car service? TIA!

I would think so. Can you fit your suitcases in the trunk of your car? If a regular cab can't fit, you can always request a minivan taxi. They have both waiting at MIA.
