What is the fastest way - using Disney transportation - from MGM to MK?

Any problem taking the CR Resort bus and then walking to the MK?

How about hopping on a monorail resort bus and then taking the monorail to the MK?

You've pretty much answered your own questions, but, also consider taking a WDW bus to the TTC and the Express monorail to the MK. Your choice.

I would walk to the Contemporary and get the bus from there.
