MGM to Downtown Disney

Hi all, we're trying to figure out our plans for our October trip, there is one day where we have a 540 ADR at Fultons Crab house (DT Dis), but will be at MGM earlier.....I was thinking of taking a bus to either Saratoga Springs Resort, or Old Key West and then taking a bus or boat to DT Disney.
Does this sound like the best way to do it? Which would be better? and How much time do you think we need to get there?

If you take the bus to Saratoga, you can walk to DT Dis.

How much time do you think we need to get there?

Allow at least an hour to get to Fultons (includes waiting time for the buses). If you walk from SS, it may be a little less time but it will take about 15 minutes to walk to Fultons.

You could also walk to the Boardwalk from MGM (about 15 minutes) and bus directly to DTD.
