MGM Swap Progress Thread--ALL HERE!!!

I swear, helping an eight year old is WAY more stressful than doing this yourself. But she had some really good ideas, and with a little parental "nudging" her stuff is really pretty.

SIOH, I will bring them to you when next we dine! Or do you want help sorting?

Well - mine our 1/2 done now. I completed 1 element and was on to the next when at 6:45 p.m. the Realtor's office calls to show my house from 7 - 8 YIKES Needless to say not only did I have my SB room a mess but my 2 DD's were in the tub. We managed to clean up and get out by 7 and the couple were here for about 35-40 minutes (we kept driving in circles waiting for them to show up and leave since the girls were in their jammies we couldn't shop or anything) anyhow send some Pixie Dust our way that they are the ones (we did have another showing this afternoon too) Tomorrow is my B-day so an offer would be a GREAT B-day Present!

P.S. I will be done by the 19th -

Oh, how I've been there!!! Don't you just love those last minute calls, knovak?
I can really relate to having to circle the neighborhood during showings, only I did it with 2 dogs whom I couldn't take shopping either. I really hope you get a good offer soon! Good luck and Happy Borthday!

I am finished with this swap and plan to mail tomorrow, SIOH. My topper for One Man's Dream ended up being kind of a topper / paperpiecing and has some delicate edges, so I wrapped those elements in seran wrap on a cardboard back for each one. All I had was green seran wrap left over from Christmas...sorry! You can remove to photograph.

I will confirm after I mail.

Karen, DH looked at the Indiana Jones stuff and said, "YES! Now you will have to go see the show again since you have swap stuff for it!" I actually really like the show--it's just the thing we always end up skipping, you know? Anyway, I thought you'd enjoy DH's logic!!

And yes, I know how it is to walk right past Indiana Jones. It is a really good show, but it's either not time for the show when I'm walking past or I just don't take the time to go to it. It's been awhile since I've seen it, too.

I am glad someone is using it. I just don't have enough pictures to start on my AK album yet and I don't think we will be heading back for pictures until later in the year.
