Good Morning Ladies!!!

The MGM swap signups will be on December 3rd. This swap will require 2 elements from the usual list. I'll have 3 types of groups. Groups A-E are for rides, shows and attractions. Groups H & I are for regularly scheduled MGM characters and groups F & G are for phtos ops. I have not included dining -- there is an eat around the world swap coming soon. The groups are listed below

My intent in setting up the groups was to eliminate duplicates and to let you know in advance exactly what you are signing up for. Please let me know if there is anything I have left out. I would open new groups once the original one filled.

******I am looking for feedback on the photo op groups -- is there interest in this group? I am not sure that I have made the best list of photo ops -- anyone have any suggestions for this?


***** Is there interest in a group for the new changes coming? I could have a group for the name, Toystory mania, Jedi Academy Training and new parade not sure what else will be new

What is the name of the Gas Station? I've seen lots of people take their picture there. We didn't. But we will next time.

there is a place that is near an open counter service place and an open store.

Anyway it has bricks or a box or something in a net, DH says it's near the honey I shrunk the kids playground. Our kids get up under it and pretend it's falling on them, it's kinda funny.

And don't forget everyone that the park name is changing in 2008! Disney Hollywood Studios. or something like that......

I'm not sure what it is called, but I have a photo of DD under an umbrella. When she stepped on a plate in the ground, it rained on the umbrella--no singing I think. I'll have to ask DD. It was back by where the power rangers meet, around the corner, not the one going towards HISTK, the other way.

For photo ops there's the handprints in front of the Great Movie Ride, the busts in the ATAS Hall of Fame area, the Star Wars big thingy with the "foot" up (real technical term, I know.) I think it's called something that sounds like at-at.

I would be interested in a group for the new attractions. The ones you have listed are the only ones I can see at the moment also.

I would also be insterested in a land type swap with the areas/streets of MGM: Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Echo Lake, Mickey Ave, Streets of America, and Animation Courtyard- just more general stuff for random pictures in those areas.

What if I added a 6th spot to each of groups A-E for the things you have mentioned? I could include one in a group with the new attractions too.

This sounds like a fun one.. I like the choices listed.. as for Photo Ops I think you have most of them listed already.. The Muppets fountain and Buzz Lightyears Spaceship were ones I had thought of..

I would prefer this to be a group on its own- I don't plan on signing up for every group but i would like general things for throughout the park- since the attractions aren't divided in specific areas in the groups you have I don't know that there would be any way to match them with a group but you can do whatever you would like.

Also, what area would Star Tours and the Muppet/Pizza Planet spot be in?

They are technically in the area of the park called the Streets of America- at least the Muppets and Pizza Planet is- Star Tours may be considered in the area of Echo Lake.

I think I would prefer a separate land group too. I've been trying to decide what to do about this swap, most groups have at least one place I need and at least one thing that I really DON'T need any more of. If all the entertainment were put in one group, I'd sign up for that.
