MGM Studios Parade question

Is it still impossible to get out of the studios during the parade if you are in an ECV?

Last time I got caught down the area where TOT is and couldn't get out of MGM no matter how I tried...it was blocked I ended up not making my dinner because I couldn't get out and once it cleared and I could the busses were packed.

You might and you might not. When will you be there? Currently the parade route has changed and now begins at the front of the park and exits by Muppet Vision 3-D.

Getting out of any of the parks with wheels during parade times can be tricky. I nearly missed meeting the rest of my group at DLR last year because I got stuck in parade traffic (thankfully the parade hadn't started yet)! I'd suggest that, if you need to leave before the parade finishes, you do so before it starts (does that make sense?). If you have an ADR in another park or at a resort, leave the one you're in well before the parade begins, that way you'll know you're safe! You can always spend some time exploring the other park or resort if you're a bit early.

LOL! That was my first yr being on wheels I learned after that. I've only been back once since then I'm so looking forward to this trip.

The parade is supposed to come out of the gated area between Sid Cahunga's and the first store on the left as you enter the park, I'm not sure of the name. You know the gate where it used to exit. If you sat at the opposite corner and left as soon as the last car pulled out, you should have no problem leaving.

The new parade is supposed to start March 14th.
