we will be at wdw for 2 nights (dec. 8-10). the first day we are just visiting resorts and then going to mvmcp at night. since we will be out late at mvmcp, i think we can only handle one park the next day. i'm torn between seeing the osborne lights at mgm and seeing epcot decorated for christmas (and maybe trying to get into to see the candlelight processional, but we don't have the dinner package). any advice would be great. thank you:)

As much as I love MGM (and I really do), I would say EPCOT. Osborne Lights are great, but all of EPCOT and the CP are worth taking your time and seeing. We went that same week 3 years ago and still got a seat for the CP without reservations about 10 minutes before the show. the crowds aren't too heavy, so give it a shot and try to get in.

thanks--i think i've been leaning towards epcot also, but then the posts about the osborne lights make me second guess myself. i'm hoping th crowds won't be too bad, but it is mouesfest week and we would be at epcot on a saturday night so i'm concerned about not getting a seat for CP. anyway, thanks again for your response and enjoy your trip!

I would say Epcot also. The Osborne Lights are neat but you are done in half hour. Epcot has the story telling from each country's version of Santa. They have the huge bells at the end of the archway beautiful sounds!!! They have the tree lighting ceremony. Be sure to see Santa at the American Adventure. Not to mention the Holiday version of Illuminations.
