MGM evening plan

What would you recommend to do at MGM if you only had a few hours ? I think we'll get there around 5pm and would like to do Fantasmic either the 2nd show (8.30) or the last one (10pm). Is it a good idea to wait 'til the 3rd show or do you think it's just asking for trouble (bad weather)?
We'll be back at MGM a couple days later for early EMH so we plan to do the big thrill rides then.
This will be Dec 28th I'm guessing it'll be pretty crowded. I was thinking of going for the next Beauty & the Beast show and then take a lookie at the Osborne lights, but apart from that I'm really not sure what to do.

I would do MGM it is a great place to go. I would go and do the stunt show light action motors. its great. I would do the osborne lights and maybe fantasmic at 8 then the lights. It will be crowded. There are great things to do a MGM. So even if it is just a few hours. Have fun good luck
