MGM during Fantasmic

We're planning on being at MGM on an evening when the park is open for its extra magic hours. We've already spent an entire day at MGM and have seen Fantasmic! But, I was wondering if the rest of MGM is open during Fantasmic! on the EMH evenings. Thought this might be a good chance to quickly ride ToT and/or RnR. I'd appreciate any clarification. Thanks.
