MGM/Cover Story Phots?

Whe had a group photo taken at MGM's entrance (6/29/01?)by one of the CM's there. "Somebody" in our group was supposed to follow up on the photo but did not. I have the little claim ticket with a number. does anybody have an idea where to find out if this photos is still available and where? Thanks...

Last year we forgot about our picture until 2 days later and when we asked they said they were destroyed after the allotted pick up time.
