MGM-Closes at 10; Fantasmic at 10:30

According to the Disney website, Fantasmic is scheduled for 9pm and 10:30pm on some of the days when MGM closes at 10pm. Can riders enter lines for RnR, ToT or any other rides after 10pm on these days?

No.

That late Fantasmic is a really good one to go to. You generally can ride until 10, then go b/c the crowds are much less than for the earlier ones.

No, once it's the time the park is set to close, the rides close. That extra half hour is to get folks either out of the park or into Fantasmic.
