Mexican restaurant that Podcast team enjoys

I know that there has been a Mexican restaurant mentioned that some of the Podcast team likes to dine at. Could someone please give me the name of the place and possibly a location? I will be coming down in early February for a "non-Disney" vacation and wanted to check this restaurant out.

Exit Disney property via Osceola Parkway (near Wide World of Sports)

Travel east on Osceola Parkway approx 6 miles to John Young Parkway (JYP)

You will pass The Loop shopping area (Pei Wei, Best Buy, Regal Cinemas etc)

Take a left on JYP and travel 1.5 to 2 miles and Tijuana Flats will be in a strip mall in the Hunters Creek area.

It's in this area that you will find Bad *** Coffee (the stars are a three letter word that also means donkey or mule) which people really like.

We ate there last time we were down and just loved it. We will be going back next time we are there or anywhere there is one

We ate there while we were in town for DAP. As a native Texan living in Mass I am always in the lookout for good Mexican. We had a nice lunch with plenty of food and our tab was only $22. You also drive right by as you head from the airport to property. It is literally right off the exit.

I miss the hot sauce bar - there was a garlic based green hot sauce that was wonderful. DD took a photo of the outside:

For those staying off property ( or those who live in the area) there are also Tijuana Flats in Winter Garden - on HWY50 in the Publix plaza by route 535
and another in Clermont, also HWY 50 near the Target plaza
