Mexican Food?

Is there any good Mexican Restaurants either in Honolulu or near Aulani? My family loves Mexican and I was just wondering.

There is a “Mexican” restaurant in the shopping center near Aulani. It is across the street from Monkeypod.

We thought it was “okay”… but we’re used to Tex-Mex. I do like to try Mexican food when I travel. Love Tex-Mex, Cali-Mex, & New Mexico-Mex and of course authentic Mexican-Mex… especially the Mayan Riviera area! (Worst so far is a tie between Canadian-Mex & Iowa-Mex… really wish I had tried the Indian-Mex!)

Btw… apparently, Mekiko is Japanese for Mexico. At least that’s what we were told.
