Method to View All Open Rooms on a Per Deck Basis?

Hello All- Looking for your guidance and expertise.

Is anyone aware of a method (or travel website aside from DCL) to simply view all open rooms, per deck, on a particular DCL ship itinerary?

Currently, as you likely know, you have to select a room category to view rooms within that specific category that are available on a particular deck. This is very tedious.

Also, out of curiosity, is this a limitation for the consumer shopper only on DCL and other travel booking websites (BJs Travel, Costco, etc.)? I'd assume that travel agents have a full view of open rooms per deck.

I cannot speak for other sites, but Costco will not show a whole deck at one time. And, sometimes their availability differs from DCLs.

Even when you see rooms in a certain category on DCL, it does not show all of the rooms. Except for when there are only a few left.

I think the only way is to call DCL. They should be able to see everything in their computers.

After years of booking for myself, I have not discovered any better option.

And what I am seeing these days is better than in the past. We used to only see about 8 cabins when searching.

For our last booking, we made a list of what cabins we wanted. In our situation, we were required to call to make a reservation (using an online booking reservation). We were able to book our desired cabin. It might not happen next time.

I prefer to book online, but will call if required or if I cannot see my desired cabin online.
