Met the cutest kitten today...

She was beautiful, all black with green eyes, named Pearl. Get it?? All black, named Pearl?? I love POTC, and now I feel compelled to adopt this kitty! She was the sweetest thing and kept batting at me through her cage. The local hardware store is a satellite adoption site for the shelter and Pearl and her pal Slate (all gray male) are looking for families to love them. Unfortunately, we're a one cat household, and already have one cat. Anyone in western Maine want to adopt a pirate kitty?

What on earth is a one cat household? LOL!!! I think many years ago we were one of those...can barely remember! We now have 4. What's one more cat?

Hubby said we could get it as long as it fit in the crock pot for dinner....

He doesn't like cats much. The fact that he let me get our kitty is true testament to how much he loves me!

Except in the case of smarty-pants bengal cats like ours - NEVER let them outnumber the humans!
