Messed Up on Banking!!!

We have an April Use Year and I've never been in a position before to bank, so I only peripherally knew the dates. For some reason I had it in my brain that I had to bank by December 31st. So now I have 67 points that I can't bank!!! Ugh, going to call MS in the morning and see if they can help a poor, pitiful and confused owner. Otherwise I have no idea what I'm going to do.

MS will usually make a once in a lifetime exception for a missed banking deadline. You would need to decide if you want to use that for 67 points.

Called MS today and they were able to make the one time exception. We only have 290 points a year, so 67 is a pretty significant amount of points to us. I guarantee that I will never forget November 30th is my banking deadline again.
