Message to my UK community board friends

Ok, I don't really have that many friends on this board, but I thought I'd tell you all anyway.

After taking Johnnysharp2's advice, I have finally decided to get my laptop serviced (It had some line in the middle for some reason; must of dropped it too much ).

Anyway, my laptop is now out for 2 weeks. Since my laptop is where I post things onto the DIS I will be unable to post for two weeks.

I am posting from my family computer just to tell you this; I won't post here as much in the two weeks as I worry that a family member will be able to access my account. I will still be on VMK though, but ten times slower!! No races for master...

Sorry to tell you this. I will be able to see posts on the board, and I MAY post. In the meantime, see you on VMK!

You could set your preferences to "not remember you" on that pc so the cookie wont be set. Each time you close the DIS you wont be logged on.

Im not entirely sure why you are saying you dont have many friends on here, perhaps I have missed something.
I will say that I personaly dont participate in a lot of your threads, but thats not because i'm not your friend or anything like that, its just that often the topic isnt anything that I feel I can contribute to (I dont go in for a lot of these quizzes and game type threads anyway). Its probably just an age thing, me being an old duffer rapidly approaching 40, and you being a young whippersnapper
If its just people not joining in your threads that makes you feel you have no friends here, don't worry about it, there are a lot of folk here of a similar age to me who might share similar reasons to me..... Start a thread on nappies and schools, and I will be happy to participate
