Message from Mypoints membercare

I am new to this message board. I have been reading all of the messages for the past few months, and I thank you for all of the information regarding mypoints. I have a question for anyone who may have been sent a termination notice from Mypoints. My wife received this notice of termination, and then was asked to send in a fax with picture, name, and birthdate included s part of the fax. Is this a normal requirement? My wife has spent as much time and energy on accumulating points as I have,(we have a little competition going), and we would hate to lose all of her accumulated points. Any information would be appreciated

Are you using the same computer? They may think the 2 of you are the same person using multiple accounts.

This happens to just about everyone at some point. They just want to verify that she is a real person and not one person signed up under multiple screen names. She shouls have no problem having her account re-opened once they get the info they requested.

Wow.. I never even heard of termination notices.

What you should possiby do if you have to share computers is clear your cache and history before signing on as a different user. Go to tools --> options --> delete cookies & clear history. That is, if you're using explorer.
